I’m not sure that I’d be talented to come up with a service to offer.Even if I wanted to, not sure if I have enough skill in any one Area to convince someone to pay me for my services or skills online. ???
This is the majority & common fear that people have – that they won’t have an idea. Strangely enough, most people merely stop there, believing that an idea will fall from the sky, dripping with gold.
Then, years later, they become conscious they still haven’t done anything.
No! That is not how to get ahead. Its fine if you don’t have a gainful idea right now, but you have to WORK to recognize, examination, and purify an idea. Your first idea will suck! So will your 6th. But the thrilling is not in the idea; it’s in your organism for quickly testing ideas so that, after quite a few tests, you find one that almost guarantees achievement.
Also, let me apparent up a gross mistaken belief: that you’ll simply come up with 3 ideas, believe about them for a minute, and pick the top one, ensuing in thousands of dollars. That’s not how it workings.
One of my axioms in client research is incredible I like to expressively call, “Shut the hell up.” This means, stop belief about yourself and think about your potential clientele. It’s serious to identify some people that you can serve, understand their major problems, and make sure they have the ability and willingness to pay. Read that last line again because it’s very important.
For example, let’s say you’re really high-quality at writing grants, so you make a decision you want to help nonprofits mark grants. Are grants significant to nonprofits? Of course. Do they have an ability and readiness to pay? Of course not. Nonprofits won’t pay for lunch, much a smaller amount a grant consultant. Go on.
Another example: Let’s say you got a truly good SAT achieve, so you make a decision to instructor to kids. Who is your client? Clue: It’s not the kids.
It’s the parents, who care about their kid being paid into Stanford. And do they have the aptitude and readiness to pay? Some do, some don’t. You’ll want to recognize the sub-groups that do and chase them, while intensely understanding their needs.
